ACTIVITIES
Troop 94 has a busy fall schedule. Here are plans on the table for the Scouts:- Sept. 18-20: Northern Tier Fall Camporee at Urbana airport with Aviation Merit Badge themed event, including plane rides; 2 adults needed to attend event with Troop, otherwise it may be Saturday only activity with Mr. Mason;- Oct. 2-4: Cub Scout Family Bash volunteer help for Troop; camping with Pack 94; providing service time for event; free camping fee, but food cost to be determined;- Oct. 9-11: Chillicothe Fall Camporee at Camp Birch; Pack 94 Webelos II scouts attending with Troop; Mr. & Mrs. Mason to be leaders on outing; First year Boy Scouts to be active in meal prep and cooking for rank advancement requirements. Theme of the camporee is Native American.- Oct. 30-Nov. 1: Webelos Woods at Son Center; Troop Scouts to provide needed help with activity pins for Webelos Scouts.

Standing in front the "Indian Pointing Tree" near Zanesfield. One of two known trees still standing in Ohio, this tree is more than 200 years old and was created by native Americans as a way for scouts and other tribe members to locate the group which may have fled the area quickly. The tree continued to grow and grew.

T94 participated in North Star District, Simon Kenton Council's Fall Camporee. The Olympiad themed camporee was held at Otter Run Scout Facility, near Mad River Mountain.
T94 attended the Delaware District, Simon Kenton Council's Fall Camporee at Otter Run. The Emergency Preparedness-themed event featured representatives from the Ohio State Highway Patrol, K-9 Units from Franklin, Union, and Delaware County Sheriff's Office, and local Search-and-Rescue teams.

T94 participated in the Northern Tier, Tecumseh Council Klondike Derby at the Logan County Fish and Game. Two patrols took part in the Iditarod Sled Race, practiced fire making and first aid skills, and other leadership building activities. Here, the Viking Patrol pushes their sled during the big race.
